What you will do

• Drive media business success by identifying market opportunities and developing multi-revenue streams in the youth culture space.
• Achieve assigned media sales revenue and margin targets.
• Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with brand partners to foster business gains.
• Translate client briefs and requirements into actionable plans and clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Media Production, and Event teams to implement projects.
• Manage negotiations, quotations, contracts, and ensure business compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in media, communications, marketing, finance, design, or equivalent.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the media or creative industry.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, music, art, entertainment, and hirify.global youth culture.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Must be based in Shanghai and eligible to work in China.

Nice to have

• Partnership experience in alcohol, automobile, consumer electronics, cosmetics, or fashion.
• Proficiency in other APAC region languages.
• Prior experience in digital or content advertising agencies.
