What you will do
- Own and deliver sales targets for Indonesia.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, establishing targets and KPIs.
- Identify and close new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and direct clients.
- Drive lead generation through cold calling and exploring new business avenues.
- Sell online and creative agency services across all media properties.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver 360° bespoke creative solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
- Eligible to work in Indonesia.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising with a strong existing contact base among agencies and clients.
- Strong communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with youth culture.
