What you will do

• Generate leads and amplify existing accounts to achieve individual and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies across the APAC region.
• Sell online and offline advertising solutions across hirify.global’s media properties and Hypemaker creative services.
• Create customized marketing proposals and pitch strategies to clients.
• Manage the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, collaborating with Creative, Editorial, and Account teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in advertising, account servicing, or business development.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing and current industry trends.
• Strong negotiation and PR skills with a proven ability to work independently under pressure.
• Familiarity with fashion or youth culture.
