TL;DR
Technical Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Managing the client lifecycle from deployment to adoption for the Grip Platform with an accent on strategic relationship building and technical enablement. Location: US Remote (Must be based in the East time zone)

What you will do
- Guide customers through deployment, enablement, and adoption to ensure maximum success and business outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service and support-related matters, managing expectations and project scope.
- Create custom reporting and progress visuals for clients using SQL and BI tools.
- Collaborate with product management to share customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Manage the client lifecycle, including support tickets, escalations, and bug project management.
- Support sales teams with renewals, upsells, and client-initiated referrals.
Requirements
- Must be available to work during East time zone business hours.
- Must be open to travel and conducting on-site visits with clients.
- 1-2 years of prior Cybersecurity experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for designing and implementing queries over relational databases.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or other relevant scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, AWS, and cloud-based infrastructure debugging.
- Experience with API connections and integration between SaaS tools.
- Prior client-facing experience communicating with stakeholders up to the C-level.
