TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Managing the client lifecycle from deployment to adoption for the Grip Platform with an accent on strategic relationship building and technical enablement. Focus on designing custom reporting via SQL/BI tools, resolving technical escalations, and influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Location: US Remote (Must be based in the East time zone)

What you will do

  • Guide customers through deployment, enablement, and adoption to ensure maximum success and business outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service and support-related matters, managing expectations and project scope.
  • Create custom reporting and progress visuals for clients using SQL and BI tools.
  • Collaborate with product management to share customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Manage the client lifecycle, including support tickets, escalations, and bug project management.
  • Support sales teams with renewals, upsells, and client-initiated referrals.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work during East time zone business hours.
  • Must be open to travel and conducting on-site visits with clients.
  • 1-2 years of prior Cybersecurity experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL for designing and implementing queries over relational databases.
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, or other relevant scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, AWS, and cloud-based infrastructure debugging.
  • Experience with API connections and integration between SaaS tools.
  • Prior client-facing experience communicating with stakeholders up to the C-level.
