What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services to ensure swift resolution.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Document and track customer interactions and problems using the CRM system.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the security systems.
Requirements
- Intermediate or higher level of German proficiency.
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of physics and electrical engineering.
- Experience in customer communication and providing technical support.
- Must be available for on-site work in Kyiv or Lviv.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Jira and Confluence.
- A degree in technology or engineering.
