What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services to ensure swift resolution.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Document and track customer interactions and problems using the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of the security systems.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or higher level of German proficiency.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of physics and electrical engineering.
  • Experience in customer communication and providing technical support.
  • Must be available for on-site work in Kyiv or Lviv.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A degree in technology or engineering.
