TL;DR

E-commerce Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager (Ecommerce): Designing and optimizing accessory monetization strategies to maximize revenue per customer with an accent on bundle architecture and upsell systems. Focus on running AOV-focused experiments, improving accessory attach rates, and scaling incremental revenue for a high-growth DTC wellness tech brand.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius) or Fully Remote (if based elsewhere)

Salary: €3,500 – €4,500 gross/month

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end accessory monetization strategy to maximize revenue per customer.
  • Design and optimize bundle architecture, including tiered systems and high-conversion offers.
  • Build and scale checkout add-ons and post-purchase one-click upsell systems.
  • Execute 10-15+ AOV-focused experiments per quarter with a clinical focus on financial impact.
  • Develop a monthly monetization roadmap and report directly on AOV performance and incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to align accessory offers with acquisition funnels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce monetization or growth roles with a focus on AOV.
  • Proven track record of implementing bundle and upsell systems that drove measurable results.
  • Strong analytical testing mindset with a preference for statistical rigor over intuition.
  • Deep understanding of pricing psychology and consumer behavior in a DTC environment.
  • Expertise in Shopify and checkout optimization tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate quantified revenue lifts from previous professional roles.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling 8–9 figure DTC brands.
  • Background in subscription or app monetization.
  • Experience with high-ticket wellness or health-tech products.
