What you will do

  • Manage distributors' stock levels and monitor sell-out and sell-in performance.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Area Sales Managers within the North-Central Italy region.
  • Oversee order flow and delivery to maintain optimal inventory efficiency.
  • Handle partner rebates and credit notes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making.
  • Develop partner business plans and identify new market opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a channel or distribution manager in electronic security or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in both sell-in and sell-out channels.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
