What you will do
- Manage distributors' stock levels and monitor sell-out and sell-in performance.
- Lead and coordinate a team of Area Sales Managers within the North-Central Italy region.
- Oversee order flow and delivery to maintain optimal inventory efficiency.
- Handle partner rebates and credit notes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making.
- Develop partner business plans and identify new market opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a channel or distribution manager in electronic security or a related industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets in both sell-in and sell-out channels.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors.
- Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
