What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process for customer orders and projects, from intake through to completion and invoicing.
• Serve as the key point of contact for sales teams and customers to verify orders and confirm solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan installations and manage timelines.
• Manage relationships with field engineers and alliance partners across different regions to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain systems and dashboards to track order status and provide full visibility across teams.
• Lead and project manage large-scale customer deployments, including planning and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional business environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Must be based in Amsterdam to support the hybrid working model.
