Location: Remote (Must be operating from Dammam, Saudi Arabia)

What you will do

  • Execute a strategic business development plan in Saudi Arabia to meet quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across key markets and verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and industry experts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar domain.
  • Proven track record of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically operating from Dammam.
  • Strong technical expertise in access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful regional sales strategies.
  • Conversational proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate market data into effective business solutions.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of latest technologies such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
