TL;DR

BDR Team Lead (AI): Building, coaching, and scaling the sales development team to drive inbound and outbound pipeline creation for North American and European markets with an accent on account-based strategies and pipeline quality. Focus on developing BDR talent, optimizing multi-channel cadences, and aligning sales and marketing engines.

Location: Must be based in Israel and align with U.S. business hours (Sunday: 10:00–18:00, Monday–Thursday: 12:00–22:00)

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of BDRs through weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and clear goal setting.
  • Own inbound and outbound pipeline creation for mid-market and enterprise marketing teams in North America and Europe.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel cadences (email, phone, LinkedIn) and account-based outbound strategies.
  • Create and improve playbooks for targeting, messaging, sequencing, and qualification.
  • Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and align with Sales leaders on target accounts and handoff standards.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate reporting using Salesforce, Outreach, and supporting tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven success in coaching teams to deliver qualified pipelines and high conversion rates.
  • Strong skills in outbound and inbound sales development, including account-based prospecting.
  • Ability to guide representatives on earning trust with technical buyers (DevOps, Infra, Cloud leaders).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Analytical and operational mindset for managing dashboards, playbooks, and workflows.
