Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-10 inbound SDRs to drive individual and collective SQO attainment.
  • Carry a personal SQO quota while maintaining high qualification standards and discovery playbooks.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline debriefs to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality lead feedback loops.
  • Manage onboarding and ramp plans for new SDR hires within the Toronto office.
  • Track and report on key metrics in HubSpot to ensure data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto, Ontario and able to work 4 days per week in the office.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or sales role.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or formally leading a team of quota-carrying representatives.
  • Strong data fluency with experience using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to coach others on qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Resilient, accountable, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
