What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, and SEO to generate qualified enterprise leads.
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing flows from top-of-funnel awareness to demo booking.
  • Create thought leadership content, including case studies, blog posts, and whitepapers targeting CMOs and marketing heads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to craft tailored outreach and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Track and report on key marketing performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, specifically targeting enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and demand creation in self-directed roles.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, content marketing, and email automation.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in managing KPIs and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills to translate complex technology into compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort acting as a one-person marketing team.

  • Experience with AI, martech, or specialized marketing analytics tools.
