What you will do

• Deliver technical trainings, seminars, and webinars to increase customer product knowledge.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to the client base.
• Provide technical consultation and support for key clients based on their specific needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor product characteristics.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic company partners.
• Test new product features and develop technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
• Strong expertise in Physical Security systems (CCTV, IP surveillance, intrusion).
• Must be available for regular business trips and customer visits in the North of UK (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds).
• Proficiency in business analysis and excellent communication skills.
• Result-oriented and customer-focused approach.
