What you will do

• Drive delivery outcomes for small and large teams aligned with client business goals.
• Manage 4 to 6 active client projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets and timelines.
• Handle project initiation, including comprehensive roadmaps and handovers from sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, managing high-level strategies.
• Lead team workload management, verify timesheets, and support growth planning for POD team members.
• Develop strategic plans to foster long-term partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with a technical understanding of WordPress.
• Proven track record of managing large/complex projects for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in PM tools (JIRA, GitHub, Asana, Trello) and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Strong English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Domain knowledge in publishing, e-commerce, or enterprise CMS industries.
• Experience with re-platforming, project discovery, and execution.

Nice to have

• In-depth WordPress engineering experience.
• Project management experience specifically with the WordPress VIP platform.
• Knowledge of alternative hosting platforms or competing CMS systems.
