What you will do

• Own end-to-end management of enterprise account portfolios from onboarding to renewals and expansion.
• Drive account growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client relationships and ongoing communication.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure execution stability and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Marketing teams to capture client feedback, references, and case studies.
• Maintain a proactive view of account risks and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Experience working within an agency or services-led business model.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Exposure to CMS, platforms, or large-scale digital systems.
• Experience working with channel partners in an enterprise environment.
