TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States and available during standard US business hours.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base + commission (OTE potential ~2x).

What you will do

  • Run full sales cycles from discovery to close for mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Translate complex business problems into scoped digital solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build and defend proposals, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  • Manage objections and procurement conversations with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with delivery, PM, and CSM teams to ensure successful account handovers and growth.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of B2B sales experience in digital agencies, web platforms, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing $50K–$250K deals with full-cycle ownership.
  • Experience selling CMS, DXP, or enterprise web platform solutions like WordPress, Drupal, or AEM.
  • Demonstrated structured approach to discovery, qualification, and deal progression.
  • Must be based in the US and available during standard US business hours.
  • Experience navigating multi-layered buying processes with enterprise stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with cross-functional pods including sales, PM, engineering, and CSM.
  • Exposure to consulting-led sales methodologies.
  • Active writing or thinking practice, such as blogs or professional POVs.
