What you will do

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to analyze business requirements and client objectives through assessments and demos.
• Design, propose, and iterate technical solutions, creating POCs and architecture walk-throughs for stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and implementation plans aligned with business goals.
• Lead technical demonstrations for executives as part of the pre-sales journey.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and create pitches for current clients.
• Maintain and upgrade conversion battle cards, including playbooks and pitches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages such as PHP or Node.js.
• Ability to lead client brainstorming sessions and propose solutions with strong empathy for business goals.
• Experience in writing compelling technical solution documents and presenting implementation plans efficiently.

Nice to have

• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional groups, including business, delivery, and engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of enterprise CMS/DXP platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
• Active maintenance of a blog or journal, preferably using WordPress.
