What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand business processes, integration requirements, and ERP environments.
• Scope and lead technical validations, proof-of-concept (PoC), or proof-of-value engagements with clear success criteria.
• Partner with Account Executives to design tailored solution approaches and guide opportunities through the technical evaluation phase.
• Design and deliver customized demonstrations and technical presentations that map solutions to customer workflows and business outcomes.
• Synthesize technical feedback from prospects to provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, such as demo scripts and competitive analysis documents.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or related role (Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales, etc.).
• 3+ years of ERP experience with a strong understanding of Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes.
• 2+ years of systems integration experience with iPaaS platforms or specific API/Web services.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Strong practical experience with EDI technologies and protocols (e.g., ANSI, X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP).
