What you will do

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to assess business requirements and identify aligned technical solutions.
• Design and propose technical architectures that meet specific client objectives.
• Conduct technical demos and architecture walk-throughs for executives during pre-sales pitches.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and detailed implementation plans.
• Maintain and upgrade conversion battle cards, playbooks, and demos.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages such as PHP or Node.js.
• Proven ability to lead technical brainstorming sessions and navigate discussions with clients.
• Experience writing compelling technical documents and presenting implementation plans efficiently.
• Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including account management, project management, and engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise CMS/DXP platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
• Active maintenance of a personal blog or journal, preferably using WordPress.
