What you will do

• Lead the design lifecycle from user research and problem framing to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to execute design from discovery to delivery.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive specifications for engineering teams.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate design solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to the company's design systems and pattern libraries.
• Support Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams with collateral and business presentations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Portfolio featuring 2-3 projects demonstrating strategic product thinking.
• Experience with end-to-end design methodologies such as personas, user journeys, and empathy mapping.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Melbourne office (Hybrid).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, specifically Claude Code.
• Branding experience.
