What you will do

• Develop and deliver Generative AI solutions using various data sources to enhance business decisions and customer experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build end-to-end ML solutions including chatbots, document summarization, and image generation.
• Engineer and clean data to support GenAI activities, performing exploratory data analysis.
• Productionize and automate Data Science solutions using appropriate code and automation tooling.
• Research and implement latest Generative AI papers to solve practical business problems.

Requirements

• Experience handling high volumes of data with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Python for Machine Learning model development.
• Practical experience developing ML/Generative AI models in a commercial or research context.
• Knowledge of LLMs, agent-based systems, and autonomous workflows.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or Copilot Studio.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and manage expectations.
