What you will do

• Produce high-quality actionable insights using advanced analytics and predictive algorithms to improve customer experience.
• Design and implement commercially led data science roadmaps with stakeholders in marketing, retention, and finance.
• Collaborate with technology teams and data engineers to build compliant and scalable production solutions.
• Innovate internal DS capabilities by building vendor partnerships and developing team talent.
• Identify and implement the best analytical techniques and frameworks for testing and measuring business value.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science solutions, preferably in B2C cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in ML and statistical modeling, specifically in personalization, churn, pricing, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering and production deployment.
• Proficiency in modern data stacks: Python, SQL, Spark, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Osterley Campus (London) in a hybrid model.
