What you will do

• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring standards are met and inefficiencies are addressed.
• Coordinate facility operations across multiple locations and propose structural improvements.
• Handle HR administrative processes, including documentation and onboarding logistics across different countries.
• Support finance operations with invoice management, vendor liaison, expense tracking, and purchasing processes.
• Proactively optimize inherited processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese is a plus).
• Must be based in or operate within the European Timezone.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different teams, cultures, and levels of seniority.
