What you will do
- Ensure efficient management of contracts for international organizations.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and associated documentation.
- Monitor contractual deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process of new partners, including drafting subcontracts and collecting hiring documents.
- Manage the invoicing process and admin requests within contracts.
- Support the financial management of contracts and contribute to the development of contract management processes.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration).
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
