What you will do

  • Coordinate hiring activities, interviews, and maintain relationships with recruiters.
  • Manage agency onboarding, communication, and follow-up processes.
  • Oversee project trackers, action items, and overall operational workflows.
  • Handle business logistics, including meeting coordination, travel, and events.
  • Support local operational activities and the setup of the physical office.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for the leadership team.
