Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for securing land use, zoning, entitlements, and permitting in key U.S. markets.
• Interpret, draft, and analyze municipal ordinances affecting hirify.global’s operations and site development.
• Build and maintain relationships with planning directors, buildings commissioners, and local staff.
• Represent the company at public planning commission hearings, city council meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Real Estate, and Engineering teams to align jurisdictional strategies with technical realities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in local government, land use law firms, or as a consultant.
• Strong command of local land use and zoning ordinances, specifically complex entitlements.
• Proven track record of delivering high-stakes regulatory approvals under tight timelines.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
