What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts and NDAs, escalating high-risk issues to counsel.
• Manage the DocuSign environment, including template management and signature tracking.
• Build and maintain automated workflows within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
• Support the legal intake system by triaging requests and refining process instructions.
• Track and report on legal operations metrics, such as request volume and outside counsel spend.
• Identify and implement AI-native tools to optimize contract review and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• 4+ years of experience in contracts management or legal operations in tech, aerospace, or defense.
• Proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts and NDAs independently.
• Hands-on experience administering CLM platforms and e-signature tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with comfort in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to El Segundo, California.

• Experience with export compliance, ITAR, or government contracts.
