Salary: $134,000–$179,000

What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements for GPU, compute hardware, network equipment, and logistics services.
• Provide day-to-day business-focused counseling on supply chain continuity, risk allocation, and supplier performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, tax, compliance, and energy on deal structuring.
• Support international expansion by adapting supply and logistics documentation for new jurisdictions.
• Develop and scale templates, playbooks, and fallbacks to drive consistent and efficient negotiations.
• Manage outside counsel on specialized matters and translate advice into clear guidance for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of legal experience, with significant focus on complex commercial transactions.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• Proven record of pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior business leaders.
• Strong business acumen and experience negotiating technology infrastructure or hardware agreements.

Nice to have

• In-house experience supporting cloud, data center, semiconductor, or hardware businesses.
• Exposure to global logistics, trade controls, sanctions, and hardware environmental compliance.
• Experience building contracting playbooks and processes for procurement organizations.
