What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies, keyword research, content maps, and technical audits for a diverse range of clients.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, including some of the largest e-commerce sites and retailers.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 SEO specialists, setting direction and fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Utilize and contribute to an advanced tool stack featuring Python scripts and high-quality templates.
• Collaborate daily with content, CRO, and UX teams to drive integrated growth.
• Translate complex data into persuasive narratives for C-suite stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing with expertise in Strategic and Technical SEO.
• Proficiency in both English and Danish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work from the office in Aarhus, Denmark.
• Deep understanding of Search Engines and the evolution of LLMs (AI).
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, and browser DevTools.
• Proven leadership skills in capability building, career development, and strategic thinking.
