What you will do

• Coordinate regional marketing activities and partner requests across the EU & CIS partner network.
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of major congresses and events.
• Create and maintain English marketing toolkits, newsletters, and POS materials.
• Develop social media content and update regional brand websites.
• Train partners on marketing portals and tools to support their campaign planning.
• Monitor marketing material stock levels and manage the annual stock clean-up process.

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating B2B and B2B2C marketing across multiple countries.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are considered a benefit.
• Ability to travel within the EU & CIS region as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore.
