What you will do

• Partner with engineering and non-engineering hiring managers to build transparent pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.
• Own the volume and quality of candidates at the top-of-funnel for all supported searches.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Partners and Coordinators to efficiently route candidates through the organization.
• Strategically plan pipelines and ensure a first-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop and deliver compelling narratives about hirify.global to attract top-tier talent.
• Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Passion for tools, automation, efficiency, and documentation.
• Deep knowledge in at least one technical or operational domain.
• Curious, applied mind with the ability to pattern match and challenge assumptions.
