What you will do

• Define program goals and sequence priorities for cloud/on-prem, data platforms, CI/CD, and HIL validation.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, data, autonomy, and product teams to deliver reliable pipelines and robust environments.
• Optimize engineering velocity by reducing build/test cycle times and increasing simulation throughput.
• Manage the full lifecycle from platform architecture and security reviews to rollout and operational handoffs.
• Lead strategic trade-off discussions regarding cost, performance, and "build vs. buy" decisions.
• Develop and evolve program processes, metrics, and scalable roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management leading platform or infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern software lifecycles, CI/CD, and developer workflow best practices.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-team deliveries with clear prioritization and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with telemetry/log pipelines, distributed systems, and safety-critical software.
• Must be based in or able to work from South San Francisco, CA.
