What you will do

• Develop Market Business Plans based on analysis of market intelligence across the value chain.
• Lead and support customer marketing initiatives aligned with cluster growth strategies.
• Deliver marketing services to assigned customers using established cluster and central methodologies.
• Provide input for new product requirements based on identified value chain needs.
• Collaborate with business intelligence teams on research projects and utilize data for customer interactions.
• Manage promotional investments and programs for assigned customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in a B2B or FMCG company.
• Experience in people management and working in multi-cultural environments.
• English: B2 level required.
• Local language (Portuguese) proficiency required.
• Experience as a marketing expert or leader within a global organization.
