What you will do

• Scale the testimonial ecosystem by sourcing and onboarding users via Facebook Groups, in-app flows, and email outreach.
• Manage contributor pricing, compensation structures, and negotiations.
• Handle legal agreements, consent forms, rights management, and payment coordination.
• Maintain a structured archive of all testimonial materials and contracts across Dropbox, Google Drive, and internal trackers.
• Perform light AI photo retouching and video marking in Adobe Premiere Pro to prepare raw materials for production.
• Collaborate with Creative Production, CRM, and Affiliate Marketing teams to adapt and create campaign briefs.

Requirements

• Experience in UGC sourcing, testimonial coordination, community management, or user research.
• Native or fluent English (C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contributors and deadlines independently.
• High level of ownership regarding budget tracking and commercial-use material agreements.
• Must be based in Poland, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain.

• Experience with Airtable.
• Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
