What you will do

• Manage allocated customer accounts and ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve payment disputes promptly.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and generate AR ageing reports for cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure strict adherence to PCAOB controls and internal compliance standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and samples.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AR collections within a shared service or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and dispute management.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
