What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process for transportation costs across Europe, ensuring accurate accruals and cost recognition.
• Perform deep-dive variance analysis on transportation costs and customs duties to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain and own transport finance dashboards to track performance against budget and forecasts.
• Partner with Global Transport, Logistics, and Procurement teams to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization initiatives.
• Resolve complex master data and coding issues while ensuring compliance and invoice accuracy.
• Contribute to finance and logistics transformation projects and process automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, specifically in planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in business partnering within an operational environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or HFM.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics or transport finance.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
