TL;DR

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (balanced office-based with WFH flexibility based on team needs)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end dispute management, including investigation, resolution, and customer communication to collect receivables on time.
  • Monitor dispute aging and ensure resolutions meet company policies and SLA targets.
  • Analyze dispute trends and root causes, providing insights to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Finance teams for efficient resolutions.
  • Maintain dispute records in ERP systems and prepare reports on volumes, status, and balances.
  • Implement process improvements, train AR team, and support audits/compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years in accounts receivable or credit management with focus on dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, detail-oriented
  • Customer-focused with leadership, team, and stakeholder management skills
