TL;DR

Client Relationship Manager (Finance): Managing and leading the Client Relationship Team to facilitate client support processing services for Financial Planners with an accent on regulatory compliance, new business implementation, and team leadership. Focus on optimizing the client journey, monitoring production pipelines, and ensuring high service standards.

Location: Hybrid (London, Birmingham, Exeter). Must be based in the UK.

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate work allocation for the client support team across London, Birmingham, and Exeter.
  • Oversee new business processing, implementation, and planned review activities within regulatory time scales.
  • Monitor and expedite the new business pipeline to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage workloads, deadlines, and service standards while providing administrative cover when necessary.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices across the client relationship function.
  • Manage team performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within a financial adviser firm and financial services administration.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams with strong coaching skills.
  • Deep knowledge of advice administration systems, provider requirements, and financial products.
  • Full understanding of internal compliance guidelines and regulatory parameters.
  • Experience with IT solutions such as Voyant and xplan.
  • Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working in specified locations.
