What you will do

• Drive growth and retention of key clients and strategic business partners.
• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional segments to achieve local in/outbound cross-sell targets.
• Lead strategic and regular client meetings and updates.
• Implement a detailed new business development plan to achieve strategic income goals.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in service delivery to implement actions that deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of offshore financial services, underlying product rationales, and regulatory environments.
• Proven influencing skills and the ability to lead within a functional area.
• Awareness and understanding of cross-jurisdictional cultural differences.
• Membership of a relevant Financial Institute.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
