What you will do
- Deliver and execute marketing campaigns to drive efficient growth in new customer acquisition across the hardware and product ecosystem.
- Fuel the adoption of the product ecosystem among existing customers.
- Analyze and report on full-funnel campaign performance, including CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, and Payback Period.
- Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, A/B testing, and CRO to maximize return on investment.
- Execute demand generation and lead nurture strategies to achieve MQL goals.
- Lead and coach a team of channel marketers across Product Marketing, Content, Social Media, and CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience in a digital, product-led SaaS brand.
- Direct leadership experience managing a team of at least 2 people.
- Demonstrable experience in direct user acquisition using multi-channel strategies (organic, paid, referral, affiliate, mobile).
- Proven track record of growing multi-product adoption via CRM and in-product marketing.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of multi-touch attribution models.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia to comply with the on-site work requirement.
