What you will do

• Develop and execute the global growth marketing strategy and regional roadmaps to drive customer acquisition.
• Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and DSPs to maximize ROI and efficiency.
• Define and execute global social media strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, XHS, and Telegram.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track and report KPIs such as CAC, CPA, and LTV.
• Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across websites and mobile applications.
• Mentor a high-performing growth marketing team and manage external agency partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing regional or global marketing teams.
• Proven track record in FinTech, Forex, CFDs, or Crypto industries.
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and AppsFlyer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for on-site work.
