What you will do
- Execute targeted outbound strategies using cold calling, email, and personalized LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify enterprise prospects.
- Build rapport and credibility with C-suite and senior leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, Heads of Finance/Ops) to identify strategic priorities and business needs.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover pain points and translate insights into qualified opportunities for BDM handover.
- Manage the nurturing of mid-funnel leads and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives with detailed context.
- Collaborate on refining outreach campaigns and messaging tailored to enterprise buyer personas.
- Maintain accurate prospect data and track performance metrics within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role focusing on enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and meeting qualification targets.
- Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be persuasive across various channels.
- Must be based in Melbourne to support a hybrid office schedule.
