Location: Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid: general expectation of 4 days on-site per week, 1 day WFH)

What you will do

  • Execute targeted outbound strategies using cold calling, email, and personalized LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify enterprise prospects.
  • Build rapport and credibility with C-suite and senior leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, Heads of Finance/Ops) to identify strategic priorities and business needs.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover pain points and translate insights into qualified opportunities for BDM handover.
  • Manage the nurturing of mid-funnel leads and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives with detailed context.
  • Collaborate on refining outreach campaigns and messaging tailored to enterprise buyer personas.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and track performance metrics within HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role focusing on enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and meeting qualification targets.
  • Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be persuasive across various channels.
  • Must be based in Melbourne to support a hybrid office schedule.
