What you will do

• Build and integrate ML solutions for evaluating transactions and customer behavior in real-time and offline environments.
• Develop tailored ML models to prevent fraudulent activities across multiple crypto products.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and iteration.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Apache Beam to surface critical features.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation tools and pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and expand internal ML libraries and codebase.

Requirements

• Experience in Machine Learning at leading fintech startups or fast-growing tech companies.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining ML models in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Real-world experience with time series data for classification, counterfactual reasoning, and adversarial models.
• Deep understanding of data structures, pipelines, and big data processing for real-time consumption.
• Experience with Cloud Native applications such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Must be based in the UK, Portugal, Spain, or USA (East Coast Time Zone)

Nice to have

• Proficiency with the core tech stack: PyTorch, XGBoost, CatBoost, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, and Airflow.
