Location: Hybrid in Melbourne (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH)

What you will do
- Build and execute a robust pipeline of target enterprise accounts and outbound strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing complex, multi-party deals.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to accelerate deal velocity.
- Perform technical and financial discovery with executive stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- Map implementation plans for new deals to ensure a smooth roll-out process.
- Elevate product feedback and revenue opportunities to Engineering and Product teams to drive strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise outbound sales within payments, point-of-sale (POS), or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual sales targets.
- Experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into solution-based value propositions.
- Must be based in Melbourne to fulfill the on-site office requirement.
