What you will do

  • Build the sales pipeline by qualifying and converting inbound, marketing qualified, and outbound leads.
  • Conduct exploratory discovery calls to identify merchant goals, pain points, and fit for hirify.global's solutions.
  • Develop and optimize outreach sequences, lead-generation playbooks, and qualification criteria.
  • Coordinate warm handovers of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Research market gaps and construct detailed lead lists to accelerate growth in the UK.
  • Monitor UK SME trends, payment technology, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Customer Success, or Product/Onboarding Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting techniques, including cold calling and outreach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales performance or activity-based targets.
  • Experience working with CRM software, specifically Hubspot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
