TL;DR

Strategy and Growth Manager (Fintech): Developing a data-led growth strategy for customer acquisition and revenue generation via partners with an accent on commercial negotiation and technical integration. Focus on building a global partnership pipeline, optimizing commercial models, and managing end-to-end project delivery for POS and eCommerce integrations.

Location: Hybrid in Melbourne, Australia (general expectation of 4 days on-site per week)

hirify.global is a fast-growing Australian scale-up reimagining business banking and payments for businesses of all sizes.

What you will do

  • Build a pipeline of partnerships to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to solution complex integrations with POS, eCommerce, and app developers.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner implementation process, including SDK selection and delivery.
  • Grow and manage a network of resellers through outreach, commercial negotiation, and account management.
  • Optimize commercial models to align partner incentives with shared KPIs.
  • Execute GTM and co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and PR teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in management consulting focused on commercials, deals, and operations.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and data modelling.
  • Proven ability in relationship-building and commercial negotiation.
  • Experience in project management involving cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand system flows between different infrastructures and organizations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Melbourne CBD office.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the payments or point-of-sale (POS) ecosystem.
