Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (remote up to 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Define success, health, and diagnostic metrics in collaboration with Product and Business teams.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and turn complex data into actionable insights for roadmap prioritization.
• Design and interpret A/B tests, including hypothesis setup and trade-off analysis.
• Establish and maintain metric governance and a single source of truth for dashboards and reporting.
• Model data and collaborate with Engineering to improve data accessibility and instrumentation.
• Build visualizations and guide stakeholders toward data self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or business analytics with proven business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests in real product environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
• Must be based in Berlin to support the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or analytics engineering.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or ABsmartly.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Indicative or Amplitude.
• Experience in marketplace or supply-demand analytics.
