Senior Data Analyst (Databricks/Power BI)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable data models with DBT, SQL, and Databricks.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and support backlog prioritisation with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions for data-driven decision-making.
• Support the migration from an on-premise data platform to a modern cloud-based analytics ecosystem.
• Establish analytics and AI best practices, mentor colleagues, train business users, and contribute to the AI-powered “Talk to Data” capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong enterprise experience with SQL, DBT, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex challenges into scalable data solutions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues and driving technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Python, A/B testing, or cloud migration projects.
