What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable data models using DBT, SQL, and Databricks.
• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the migration from on-premise data platforms to a modern cloud-based analytics ecosystem.
• Champion analytics and AI best practices by mentoring colleagues and evolving internal AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL, DBT, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Python.
• Background in A/B testing or cloud migration projects.
