Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 USD

What you will do

  • Create and submit invoices to customers according to company practices.
  • Prepare, post, and verify customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Manage collections by identifying delinquent accounts and sending invoice reminders.
  • Generate monthly billing statements and reports regarding customer account status.
  • Research customer discrepancies and irregularities in receipts or past-due amounts.
  • Update sales tax exemptions and manage the internal finance ticketing system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable functions preferred.
  • Experience with Avalara tax software or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite preferred.
  • Excellent computer and navigation skills in a Google Workspace environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor.
  • Must be based in the United States.
