What you will do

• Own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Zendesk and post-purchase support systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and a product roadmap.
• Manage integrations between Zendesk and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and end-to-end visibility.
• Design and maintain automated workflows, permissions, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents to minimize disruption to support operations.
• Support system releases through comprehensive testing, documentation, and change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Support systems administration.
• Proven experience leading administration of Zendesk and at least one other platform (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom) at scale.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and Python.
• Experience configuring APIs and data flows by working with internal tooling partners.
• Ability to translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Must be based in the USA and within commuting distance of the specified city hubs.
